By enrolling in a W3 Academy course, you agree to provide accurate registration information and pay the applicable course fee. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of enrollment. Course fees are non-refundable after course access has been granted and content has been consumed.
3. Course Access
Upon enrollment, you receive lifetime access to course recordings and materials. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or course content with others.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, materials, source code, and certificates, are the intellectual property of W3 Academy. You may use the source code for personal and commercial projects, but may not redistribute or resell course content.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to participate respectfully in community discussions and live classes. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the course without refund.
6. Certificate
Course completion certificates are awarded upon meeting the course requirements. W3 Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates for academic dishonesty or violation of terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
W3 Academy strives to provide high-quality education but does not guarantee specific employment or income outcomes. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.
8. Changes to Terms
W3 Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
